To check the email status sent by Eval&GO :
- Go to “follow-up”,
- Click on “email invitation” and then on “ Invitation follow-up”
- All invitations you have sent from our internal mailing system will appear. You will be able to see the time and date of sending.
- Click on "details" to find out more about the status of your emails : sent - failed - in progress.
You can also consult your “mail report” in your “contact manager” module. It displays all the errors detected on your previous sending. If you delete all these errors, the associated contacts will be deleted too.
