To send a thank you email on Eval&GO after your respondents have completed your questionnaire.
To do this :
- Go to “follow-up”
- Click on " email invitation " then click “follow-up”.
- In "recipients", select all your contacts, a single contact (individual) or a group of contacts (group).
- Tick on “finished”
- Modify the content of your message
- Click on “Send”
By doing so, your email will be sent to the people who completed the survey (fill rate = 100%).
To program your thank you message:
- Go to “Follow-up”
- Click on “Email invitation” then click “Planning”.
- Click on “schedule a follow-up message”
- In "recipients", select all your contacts, a single contact (individual) or a group of contacts (group).
- Tick on “finished”
- Set the time to send your message (exact or dynamic date)
- Modify the content of your message
- Click on “Save”
Once you have scheduled your follow-up, your messages will be automatically sent, so you don't have to worry about it !
