Why are my questionnaires locked?
During your 14-day free trial period, you tested the advanced features of Eval&GO.
At the end of this period, if you have chosen not to subscribe to a PRO or PRO+ account, it has been converted into a FREE account.
You are now limited to the features of the FREE account. All questionnaires created during your trial period are now locked.
However, you can subscribe at any time and retrieve all your surveys and reports by clicking on "subscribe".
If you want to use Eval&GO for free services, you will have limited access to our features but you can create new questionnaires and collect 50 responses/month.
