Eval&GO uses an external provider to verify each email sent from our platform.

These measures are taken to avoid Eval&GOs’ email spam. 

50 email addresses are randomly selected from your mailing list. If more than 10% of errors are detected among these emails (spelling errors, false or invalid etc.), the platform will be blocked.

  • Firstly, you must remove these errors from your email report in “Contact Manager”
  • Then, verify your mailing list to delete any potentially invalid emails.
  • Lastly, you can try to re-send your questionnaire or cancel sending (from the publishing menu of the concerned questionnaire).

 

Note: If you choose to re-send the questionnaire to this mailing list, a new verification will be performed. If 10% of errors are detected in 3 consecutive mailings, your account will be suspended.
