What are my advanced features?

The PRO+ and PRO+ team accounts offer several advanced features.

• GROUP : 

Grouping similar questions together allows you to perform a more in-depth analysis based on these groups.

To do this :

• Go to “My Survey. 
• Click and select your survey. 
• Go to “Edit”, click on  'Advanced' , then 'Group'.
• To assign a group to a question, click on the "Group" button that appears next to each question in your survey.
• You can create a new group by “typing its name or choose an existing group” from the drop-down list. 
• Select the group to which you want to assign the question
• Or create a new group and click “OK”. The name of the group appears on the side of each question.  

• TIMER :

A timer can be added to the individual pages of a survey. The countdown will be activated and the next page will automatically load after the time has expired. 

To do this ;

• Go to “My Surveys”, 
• Click and select your survey. 
• Go to  “Edit”, click on  “Advanced” , then “Timer” .
• Enter the time in seconds for each page of the survey.
• Click Ok.

• QUOTAS :

The 2 types of quota available are: Response and Distribution.  

To do this : 

• Go to “My Surveys”, 
• Click and select your survey 
• Go to “Edit”, click on  'Advanced', then 'Quotas”' .

Response Quota : maximum number of responses you want to collect.

Distribution Quota : maximum number of responses you want to collect based on a specific answer.

• MULTILINGUAL :

The Multilingual feature allows you to translate your questionnaire into several languages.

To do this : 

• Go to “My Surveys”, 
• Click and select your survey. 
• Go to “Edit”, click on  “Advanced”, then '”Multilingual”.
• Check in the right column, add a target language by clicking on the green “+” button.
• Give your language a name such as “Portuguese” and click “add”.
• Enter the translated text by clicking on the words and sentences then click “OK”. 
• When translated, texts turn green.  

The translation includes the elements of the Eval&GO interface such as buttons, etc.

A progress bar at the top of the page indicates what remains to be done.

Once the translation is complete, you can repeat the translation process with your next language. 

• MULTISCORING :

The Multiscoring function allows you to add one or more scores to your choices according to the specific criteria you define.

This is the ideal method if you need to create a self-assessment test, a personality test or a behavioral analysis test.

To do this : 

• Go to “My Surveys”, 
• Click and select your survey 
• Go to “Edit”, click on  'Advanced', then 'Multiscoring”' .
• Click on “add” to create your first score.
• Give your score a name
• Enter your score in the fields
• Click on “add” to create a new score
• Click on “confirm”

Note that it is possible to add both positive and negative scores. 

Multiscoring works with Multiple Choice, checkboxes and 2D Matrix.
