FAQ

How does the 14-day trial work?

When you choose to start with a 14-day trial, you get access to our advanced features for 14 days. No contracts or obligations and absolutely no credit card or payment information is required. This allows you to fully test our paying subscriptions to determine whether they correspond precisely to your needs before you spend a cent!

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay by credit card online. Your subscription is automatically renewed. You can stop your subscription at any time without justification or fees simply by going into your account settings. Contact us for further information.

This is a bargain! Is there a trick?

Eval&GO is 5 to 10 times cheaper than equivalent solutions in terms of functionality and features. How is this possible? Why is it so inexpensive? If we have such a low price on software so advanced, it is because we charge you for the software, solely the software. We let our product speak for itself: we have no sales-staff. Also, the software is super-intuitive, so it requires no training before use, this also reduces the price. And we let our users benefit fully from this. This is why Eval&GO is one of the best applications in the world at such an affordable price!

Can I get extra help?

The software is super-intuitive and in most cases requires no training or additional help (beyond the FAQs and tutorial videos). However, should you wish to get some extra help we do provide personalized training webinars. One of our experts plans a webinar tailored to your needs in order to help you with your precise needs. What happens when the trial ends?

We will email you before your trial expires. You can choose to opt for one of our paying subscriptions at that time and pay by credit card on our website. Your trial account will thereby become a full features account (all of your data and setting will remain intact).

If you decide not to start paying at the end of your 14-day trial, your trial will end and your account will be automatically downgraded to a Free plan. Any questionnaires created during the trial period will be locked and you will not be able to access them at this time.

We save these questionnaires, so if you ever decide to upgrade in the future, you’ll be able to use them again.

More benefits!

With Eval&GO, additional advanced features are also at your disposal. Users with annual subscriptions can contact us to add sub-users to an existing account for collaborative work (cost of a yearly subscription / additional user), to set-up a personal database (added costs), and to de-brand your surveys (added costs).

Contact us for more details. We can also provide you with survey project creation services: from conceptualizing and constructing your questionnaire, to survey administration, to data analysis and report creation. Our experts are at your disposal.

Privacy Policy

We are focused on respecting your private life. Our rule, and it will always be so, is to never use or divulge your personal details. Your personal information should remain just that. It’s the most important thing for us.
